Reports to: Manager, Performance Management & Insights Purpose of the Role The Senior Business Data Analyst will be responsible for compiling, verifying, and analyzing operational data to provide accurate and timely information to enable data-driven decisions that impact operations nationally. Highly collaborative and strategic in nature, the incumbent will use data-based evidence to build and establish operational capabilities to organize data, establish KPIs, develop and disseminate management reporting, create self-serve analytics dashboards, and proactively generate actionable insights. The incumbent will partner with operational leaders to identify opportunities to enhance employee performance and measure the impact of change across Life Labs diverse operations. This is a full time remote role. Preference will be given to candidates based in Ontario. Core Accountabilities Reporting, Insight Generation, Opportunity Discovery, and Measurement Develop and sustain an operational competency to report and disseminate.
