Develop maintenance job plans and ensure material availability. Implement preventative maintenance and reliability strategies. Navigate and update CMMS systems. Emphasise safety, environmental responsibility, and proactive downtime planning. 🎓Qualifications and Skills: Apprentice Trained Electrical/Mechanical Engineer City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 3. HNC or HND in a relevant discipline. Previous manufacturing experience. Proficiency in CMMS systems preferably Shire/Holistech. Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities. Certification in condition-based monitoring techniques is a plus. Knowledge of root cause analysis and failure analysis. Health and Safety awareness NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safety - Desirable Food industry experience, including hygienic equipment - Desirable 📊Deliverable Outcomes: Ensure safe working with 0 accidents/LTAs.
