Are you an experienced Sales Advisor with a passion for creating seamless and enjoyable experiences for new home purchasers? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor on maternity cover (March 2024 : January 2025), playing a pivotal role in maximizing residential unit sales and exceeding targets. Key Responsibilities As the first point of contact for potential home buyers, your primary focus will be to employ discernible customer service skills, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your role extends beyond sales to managing and coordinating the presentation of show areas, upholding the companys image and maintaining empty properties to agreed standards. By generating and following up potential leads, you will contribute to securing future business opportunities. Location This role is initially based at our Potters Wood, Verwood site, with sales offices and marketing suites strategically located in and around the Hampshire and Dorset areas. Requirements: In addition to embodying our Core Values of Teamwork, Integrity, and Communication, the successful candidate will: Possess a minimum of 2 years experience in residential new home sales Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, showcasing a target: driven approach Exhibit first: class customer service skills, ensuring a smooth and delightful customer journey Proficiently use Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Showcase superior written and verbal communication skills Possess strong negotiation skills and customer: centric qualities, including empathy and active listening Thrive in a dynamic environment, comfortable working under pressure and managing competing demands.
