The Role: Join us in this important and challenging role to be a key member of our Property Services team as you manage your own workload and support colleagues within our Property Services Team. Projects sit within the current budget of around GBP 50m per year for the Capital, Cyclical and M and E works programmes and you will play an important role in ensuring best practice is applied. You will be responsible for packages of work that include investigation tasks, reporting on on: going projects or delivering projects from inception through to completion, with budgets varying from small to large size packages. You will contribute to the development, management and monitoring of the projects, ensuring that delivery is on time, within budget and represents good value for money.
