Chef We have a vacancy for a permanent Chef in our Children’s Day Nursery who is able to provide nutritionally balanced, freshly prepared meals for children and to be totally responsible for the safe and hygienic management of the nursery kitchen. Hours are Monday to Friday , between 8.30 and 5pm negotiable. The Nursery cares for up to 78 children per day. As a Chef this is an opportunity to work sociable hours, between Monday and Friday with no weekends. A Food and Hygiene Level 2 is essential for this position. Experience of working in a Nursery, Care home or School as a Cook or Chef is also essential for this role. A required DBS will be obtained. We are looking for a friendly, experienced chef, who can manage the kitchen, with the help of an assistant cook. Salary up to £28,000. Please click apply to send your CV.
