Job Opportunity: Chef De Partie Location: Burnley Type: Full Time 40 hours per week Salary: up to GBP 30,000 We are excited to be collaborating with a fantastic client who is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chef De Partie to join the brigade at this ever busy high volume and popular gastro pub restaurant in Burnley. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join the team in this high: volume fresh food establishment. What's in it for you: Excellent Tips and TRONC package. Overtime paid. Meals on duty. Nationally recognised training and qualification programs. Role Responsibilities: Preparing and plating food to a high standard. Ensuring that your section is suitably stocked and prepared the days service. : Maintain a clean and organised workstation. : Follow directions given by the Head Chef or Sous Chef. : Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure high quality food and service. Ideal Candidate Profile: : Proven background in a high: volume fresh food establishment. Excellent communication skills. : High level attention to detail. Food safety certificate. : Work well on your own or as part of a team. : Organised and forward thinking.
