Paid subscription to CIEEM and protected species licence fees. Responsibilities include; Supporting junior members of staff as well as lead ecologist in project delivery. Leading protected species surveys and overseeing PEAs, Ec IAs, HRAs and BNG backssments. Using QGIS to prepare technical drawings. Requirements; Experience with protected species surveys (survey licences beneficial). Strong knowledge of wildlife legislation. Full UK driving licence. They are a multi: disciplinary consultancy, where you would get the opportunity to work with a mix of skilled consultants in landscape, urban design and heritage. This will support you in developing a broader understanding of developments as well as ecology and biodiversity.
