As we expand our team, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join us in maintaining our manufacturing plant. Position Overview: The Maintenance Supervisor, will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility and the maximisation of machine utilisation. You will lead a small team of maintenance technicians, overseeing the maintenance and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery. This position requires leadership abilities, proactive coordination, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to maintenance management. Responsibilities: Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. Coordinate with production stakeholders to schedule maintenance activities and minimise disruption. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment history. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement upgrades and modifications to electrical systems and equipment. Requirements: Proven experience as a Maintenance.
