Resort Operations Manager - Caribbean Salary: 84,000 + Housing + Medical + Vacation + more Location: St. Vincent & The Grenadines My client is premier boutique resort, offering elegant accommodations, world-class dining, and personalized service. As a Resort Operations Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Resort. Responsibilities: Support and work with all head of Departments Responsible for communications with suppliers and vendors for quality products Work closely with Head Butler with inspections of suites and welcoming of guests Monitor and maintain overhead and operation costs Work closely with all departments and ensure all aspects are running smoothly Ideal Resort Operations Manager: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Hotel Operations Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury hotel management Degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management an asset Excellent leadership and team-building abilities, with a track record of effectively managing and motivating a team Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, employees, and stakeholders If you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Danny today danny@COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
