Assistant General Manager – Fine Dining Salary: 80,000 - 90,000 per annum Location: Miami, FLMy client is a reputable entertainment group who is looking for an Assistant General Manager for a fine dining restaurant to join their team You will manage the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth running restaurant. Responsibilities: Ensuring exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service, ambiance, and food quality in accordance with the restaurant's fine dining standards Managing and training front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders, to deliver impeccable service and uphold the restaurant's brand image Implementing and enforcing restaurant policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations to ensure compliance and maintain a safe and sanitary environment for guests and staff Assisting with scheduling, payroll, and budgeting processes to ensure efficient staffing levels and financial performance Ideal Assistant General Manager: You will have good career stability and a passion for food and customer service You are a well-rounded and motivated restaurant professional who thrives in performance-driven environments Fine dining experience an asset You must be able to lead others and hold your own in a fast-paced environment, all while having a positive and humble personality You will have experience with labour budgets, writing schedules, and you must be able to develop, mentor, and supervise large teams If you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Ashley today ashley@COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
