Responsibilities: Doing risk backssments Resolving landlord issues Adhering to health and safety and planning legislation Supporting the supplier management strategy Managing relocation and refurbishment projects Organising contractors They are looking for: Demonstrable knowledge of UK Health and Safety legislation (European knowledge desirable) Experience managing office and logistics spaces Willingness to travel once a month to Yorkshire, Europe or the United States The role involves being in the office 4 days a week and they are offering �38k with an annual bonus of �2k.
