Role: Senior Planner Location: Leeds Salary: GBP36000: GBP45000 DOI We are proud to be representing an independent planning consultancy with a team of dedicated town planning and development consultants that provide planning advice and services to developers, landowners and private individuals across all sectors of development to secure viable residential, commercial and mixed: use developments in the UK. Due to a healthy workload are looking for a Senior Planner to join the office based in Leeds. Essential Criteria for a Senior Planner: MRTPI qualified. Accredited Diploma or Masters in relation to Town Planning. Exposure of 3:5 years in the Private sector. Have practical knowledge of property. Strong numerical and report writing skills. Responsibilities and Duties of a Senior Planner: Provide planning consultancy advice to clients and colleagues. Preparation of fee proposals and management of project budgets. Deliver a high: quality service to clients. Liaising with internal and external technical specialties, clients and Local Planning Authorities. Produce reports to support planning appeals and applications. Develop and maintain active communication with your own team and other teams. Company Benefits: Competitive salary.
