This role is for a Senior / Lead Scientist position in the Bioprocess Analytics and Automation group within the R&D Protein and Process Analytics department. This is a great opportunity to join the existing team and develop your career within a scientific environment. We are looking for somebody who wants to develop their scientific skills in chromatography and mass spectrometry. It requires proficiencies in designing, planning and executing studies in support of the development and testing of bispecific antibodies. Minimum requirements include hands-on experience with different methods (HPLC, UPLC, Mass Spec), ability to analyze and interpret data and outstanding team working skills. Knowledge of Automation equipment set up and maintenance is an added value. Key responsibilities include to design and lead experimental work programs, progressing from routine to major and complex projects as experience and seniority increases. This incumbent will contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures at a department level.
