HC3S is a self: funding business unit and provides catering to 387 schools in Hampshire, Dorset, and Wiltshire and one non: education site, and has an annual turnover of more than GBP 36 million. ' This is an exciting opportunity to manage the catering service in schools predominantly in the Farnborough, Fleet and Yateley area. You will be a highly organised, proactive, forward: thinking individual with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues. You will be responsible for recruitment within your team as well as identifying training and development needs and will have a Mobile Chef Manager to support you to do this.
