Enabling Support Worker Location: Wrexham Salary: A GBP 10.90 per hour Hours: Full and Part Time hours available Our client is the charity thats committed to enabling people with disabilities to live the life they want to lead. The Role The care service provides person: centred, responsive support for four women with learning disabilities and diverse support needs, in their own home. Support is available 24 hours a day, including sleep: ins by experienced and well: trained female staff. The staff work closely with local GPs, psychologist, psychiatrists, speech and language therapists and community / learning disability nurses where relevant. This ensures support is tailored to the individuals in their care. Conwy provides care at Horsley Drive, a spacious and bright detached house on the outskirts of Wrexham. Each person has their own bedroom which they can decorate as they choose. Their welcoming environment provides communal and individual spaces; everyone can get together in one of two lounges, in the dining room or the private garden.
