Executive Chef – French Cuisine Salary: 115,000 - 120,000 Location: New York, NYI am working with a distinguished culinary establishment nestled in the heart of New York City. This company embodies a commitment to excellence in every dish, showcasing a fusion of global flavors and culinary expertise. Currently, they are on the lookout for a visionary Executive Chef to lead their kitchen, bringing creativity and passion to their esteemed dining experience. Responsibilities: Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency to maintain their reputation for culinary excellence Hire, train, and mentor a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high standards of culinary skill and teamwork Oversee cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment to ensure compliance with legislation Manage cost controls, forecasting and inventory management Review financial targets to ensure they are being met or exceeded Executive Chef Qualifications: Proven experience in a comparable role, preferably within a high volume establishment Ability to lead others and hold your own in a fast-paced environment French cuisine experience is preferred A well-rounded and motivated culinary professional who can support and inspire team members Detail orientated professional with excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills Degree in Culinary Arts is an asset If you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Ashley today Ashley@COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
