Our bank roles (sometimes referred to as " relief roles" in other companies) mean that you will be able to choose from available shifts and have the benefits of a consistent workplace combined with opportunity to build positive relationships with the individuals we support. However, you aren't guaranteed shifts every week as hours are worked as and when required. We're seeking an experienced Bank Support Worker to make a real difference to the lives of our customers. Chelmsford Homelessness Supported Housing provides support for adults aged 18 to 65, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Our service comprises of 26 bedrooms in shared houses, spread across two locations in Chelmsford. Our team of Support Workers work closely with our customers to understand their needs, create personalised plans, and support them to achieve their ambitions and maximise their independence. We value our team and encourage learning and progression through our comprehensive induction programme, as well as ongoing training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression. We have our own Learning and Development Academy, who provide a wide range of training courses, open to all. The role of Bank Support Worker is referred to internally at Sanctuary, as Bank Project Worker.
