OVERVIEW: - Applications are sought from Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence Solicitors or Legal Executives with up to 3 Years PQE to join a friendly and supportive Clinical Negligence Department. - You will be confident and capable of working both independently and as part of this expanding team. - You will be responsible for your own busy caseload and will also assist the head of the Department in the conduct of high value clinical negligence and catastrophic injury claims. - You will have excellent theoretical understanding and practical experience in conducting claims for personal injury and/or clinical negligence from initial instruction to settlement or trial. - You will have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team. - Competitive remuneration package on offer. - Flexible and hybrid working options available (Up to two days per week at home) HOW : Contact Gemma Jones at e NL on 020 or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion. e NL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
