Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will lead and inspire the team to drive profitability while delivering exceptional service to valued customers. Responsibilities Include: Cultivating an exceptional team through proactive upskilling. Providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service standards. Creating an engaging workplace environment to encourage team retention. Developing team training initiatives. Conducting regular performance evaluations and appraisals. Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment. Ensuring prompt and professional communication with stakeholders. Prioritising team wellbeing and conducting regular catch-ups.
