Job Title: Chef Pay: GBP16 per hour Ongoing position Hours: Flexible 9/10 hour shifts (Early 4:45am / Late till 8pm) Location : Richmond Main Duties include: Prepare and serve food to the required quality standard. Follow recipe formats to help control waste. Ensure portion control. Apply Food Safe and Hygienic working practices. Work in support of all team members. Qualifications and Key Skills: Good knowledge of food and ingredients. Good trade skills, preparation and production of good quality food. Ability to work to strict deadlines. Communication skills. Team player. Minimum 3 years on the job experience The advantages of this role over other hospitality roles are: Less stressed working environment than standard hospitality kitchens. Shift work however has less late nights, all days and early mornings. Need to work 5 from 7 days, and be prepared to work occasional overtime.
