Functional Family Therapy provides a combination of individual and family therapy, as well as case management. Functional Family Therapy clinicians deliver evidence-based care to youth who are at risk of being removed from their home and/or community. Functional Family Therapy clinicians have access to routine trainings in evidence-based care, and regular supervision/consultation. The Functional Family Therapy clinicians work as part of a larger, intensive services team for children and adolescents. Join our team today to make a difference in youth and families' lives!**$3,000 Sign on Bonus**Starting Salary:FFT Clinician I: $46,015-Depending on ExperienceFFT Clinician II: $55,683-Depending on ExperienceEducation Requirements:FFT Clinician I: * Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or other license-eligible human services related field is required. * Registration as a Resident in Counseling or Social Work Supervisee with the Virginia Board of Counseling or Virginia Board of Social Work is required within 3 months of hire. FFT Clinician II: * Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work or other license-eligible human services related field is required. * State of Virginia licensure is required in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy or other related field. Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
