Job description Tradebe are looking for a Graduate Chemist for our busy site in Winfrith, Dorset. Main purpose of job: To perform radiochemical analyses and supporting operations in the laboratories. We offer Up to £34,000 Quarterly bonus 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays Pension Flexible benefits (access to our benefits platform for discounts and cash back on shopping purchases, gyms and leisure activities, cycle to work scheme and dedicated wellbeing centre) The person HNC or chemistry degree ACS Sample Management and Tracking System Ability to perform all radiochemical and chemical methods used Preparation of QA documentation such as Work instructions and Method Statements The role Analytical Chemistry project laboratory support with radiochemical experiments and specific operations Reagent/equipment stock control Receive and prepare samples for analysis Perform analyses on various types of samples using a wide range of analytical techniques and provide customer satisfaction Ensure appropriate Quality Assurance and safe working practices are employed Develop new/existing analytical techniques and more efficient working practices Interpret data (obtain verification as required by QA) and distribute results Documentation and archiving.
