Job Role: Responsible for a caseload of claims, running the journey for the policy holder and be their point of contact. Efficient job scheduling and allocating trades. Steer the customer journey from booking to completion. Maintain accurate records on internal and external databases and ensure claim progress is recorded. Advise Surveyors and 3 rd parties on progress of claims. Make and receive calls from internal and external parties. Provide excellent customer service. Skills: Excellent customer service, verbal and written skills Previous Insurance industry experience : (desirable) Skilled at managing personal workload, prioritising tasks, and staying self: motivated. Understand the importance of ensuring all stakeholders and parties are kept fully updated at all times. Pro: active claims handling philosophy Adept at problem solving and decision making. Ability to work in a fast: paced environment. Strong focus on customer satisfaction Previous experience desirable. Driver preferred due to location.
