Due to expansion we are currently seeking a Regional Business Manager for our newly acquired Southampton depot. Ensuring health, safety and environmental processes are adhered to in our MFS sites, on customer premises and when engineers are working remotely. Drive a positive culture across the region through regular engagement and communication with engineers and customers. Accountability Financial results and KPI delivery for the region Customer satisfaction and resolution of any complaints Ensuring that engineers are trained and coached to deliver the best possible results for our customers Strong leadership is given to all members of the regional team Capability To ensure the timely investigation and resolution of operational and Health and Safety issues To contribute towards the continuous improvement of processes/methods and operating practices within the department To motivate and develop staff through controlled delegation in order to achieve team goals with a view to career progression and succession planning Line management responsibilities for the structure within the regional business area To build rapport, develop trust and respect from both internal and external customers To communicate effectively across all functions and in particular the Human Resources, Finance and Central Parts functions, Tasks: To deal with any disciplinary/grievance matters in line with Company procedures Implement an affective structure within the defined region, ensuring correct headcount vs productivity.
