The Role: As a Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in conducting site surveys and installing systems with utmost precision. Training will be provided during 3 month training and evaluation period for the product line, including rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling systems. Responsibilities: Overseeing and ensuring the proper functioning of various components Performing planned and reactive maintenance. Identifying and troubleshooting faults. Managing after-sales services. Conducting product tests and repairs. Engaging in occasional office work. Requirements: Previously worked as a Service Engineer or in a similar role. Minimum 3 years of experience as a field service supervisor in pumping or cooling systems in construction. Professional qualifications as a plumber SMSTS / JIB Gold Plumber. Team leader with high working standards, excelling in independent work. Skilled in MS Office, 2D/3D drawing interpretation. Experience in rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling systems. Beneficial Valid driving licence 25 years or older.
