Our technology has been used in over 50,000 surgeries. We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join our finance team to be a part of bringing innovative technologies to the market! The Position The Accounting Manager will be responsible for directing and managing our IJS accounting functions, as well as the preparation of financial statements and reporting to top management and externally. This role also maintains the company's accounting systems and implements changes as required. This role reports to the Controller and will help guide and mentor other members of the team. As a snapshot, we are looking for someone who will embrace all facets of Accounting: Process improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally. Draw insights from financial reports. Strong attention to detail. A storyteller with numbers. Main Duties: Manage the accounting operations including the review of journal entries, payroll, revenue, accounts receivable, cost of sales, inventory, and accounts payable. Play a critical role in streamlining and implementing accounting processes. Establish and monitor internal controls to ensure that accounting activities are in accordance with established legal, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.
