YOUR IMPACT You will engage with clients within a proactive service model, ensuring best in class service You will support onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition You will engage with clients and providers by email, phone, and video meetings, as appropriate. You will manage plan amendments, coordinating with internal departments and carriers You will create and deliver client presentations on the zoom platform or other meeting platforms As a Life Insurance Specialist and Advisor, your role is to provide outstanding client service while efficiently managing the clients needs. This position is a remote role. Your responsibilities will include ensuring seamless communication with clients, addressing inquiries, and performing all related administration duties. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Skills/Abilities: Outstanding customer service skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication Action oriented and able to prioritize while handling multiple tasks Ability to protect and maintain confidentiality of data Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
