The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of patent prosecution experience, particularly in 5G, Wi-Fi, and other wireless technologies, as well as artificial intelligence (AI), processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end.Duties:Conduct patent prosecution activities, including drafting patent applications, responding to office actions, and communicating with clients.Perform patentability and freedom-to-operate searches and analyses.Collaborate with attorneys and clients to develop patent strategies aligned with business objectives.Assist in intellectual property litigation matters as needed.Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting patents.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience.Experience in patent prosecution within 5G, Wi-Fi, other wireless technologies, AI, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front end.Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.Excellent academic credentials.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field.Registration with the United States Patent Trademark Office (USPTO) or qualification to register for the USPTO.Education and Certifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.Registration with the United States Patent Trademark Office (USPTO) or qualification to register for the USPTO.Skills:Proficiency in patent prosecution processes and procedures.Ability to conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate searches and analyses.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency in relevant software and databases for patent research and drafting.
