The ideal Multi-Skilled Manual Turner / Miller will also have CNC Turning and Milling experience desirable and will be working circa 37.5 hours Mon – Fri days, flexi start time between 6:30am - 8am Salary and Benefits: £29,000 – £36,000 Do E5 hours week Mon – Fri days, flexible work pattern, can start between 6:30am – 8am5x Midweek overtime & Sat Hrs, 2x Sun Hrs25 days holiday plus bank hols. Pension scheme and death in service benefit Private medical insurance The successful Multi Skilled Manual Turner / Miller day to day duties will include: Turning and milling of precision parts, gauges and master gears of which the majority are one offs. Set / operate manual lathes. If CNC competent, programme online, set and operate Fanuc / Mazatrol controlled CNC Turning & Milling machines. Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of components. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the machining process. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Ensure production issues are resolved quickly, efficiently and production KPI’s are met.
