I am on the lookout for a Customer Services Coordinator to join my client, a developer, in their Head Office in North West London. This role is starting ASAP. Roles and Responsibilities of a Customer Services Coordinator: Administration of Customer issues Management of Contractors and Customer Support Operatives Managing remediation of outstanding issues Manage costs Data capture and reporting Health and safety Candidate Requirements: Must be an experienced candidate in an Office Admin / Secretarial/Resident Liason or other similar role Must have previous experience working on site or main office in construction Have strong attention to detail Be competent in using systems such as Microsoft Office Be organised and have a strong work ethic.
