The role: We are looking for Intermediate Process Engineers in the clean technology space to join our team! Our Process Engineers lead the design of plants that refine lithium-ion battery chemicals. Through this process, our plants also help industries recycle water, reduce waste, and protect the surrounding aquatic ecosystems. Demand for our solutions is growing rapidly, presenting opportunities for travel, career advancement, and work on innovative new product development. We invest in training and encourage our engineers to gain a deep understanding of our products, customers, strategy, and company culture. Previous experience in water treatment is not required. Our team includes industry specialists and pioneers in our field of practice, who will train and mentor you. Process Engineers will: Lead process design of lithium recovery and advanced desalination plants by implementing our repeatable modular water treatment unit operations. Research process device options and specifications to confirm the best technology and economic fit for a project. Contribute to new product design. Specific day-to-day tasks may include: Creatively and strategically thinking through process designs to enable low-risk, cost-effective, and environmentally beneficial designs. Developing mathematical process models. Generating and maintaining PFDs, P&IDs, and mass balances throughout project phases. Equipment sizing and specification. Development of control philosophies.
