JOB DESCRIPTION DEPARTMENT: Human Resources POSITION: Human Resources Manager CATEGORY: Exempt - Supervisory JOB FUNCTION: Human Resources Operation Management, and program development QUALIFICATIONS: Bilingual in Mandarin Required EDUCATION: BA/BS required, MBA preferred EXPERIENCE: Progressive hand-on human resources management experience, HRIS is a plus, 8 years of professional related experience. SKILLS: Excellent communication skill, knowledge of Microsoft Office, ability to follow up on multiple tasks effectively, bilingual RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource service directly to assigned line organization Will be accountable for the program management and implementation in areas of employee recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, leave management, strategic planning, workforce planning and succession planning, benefit and training Focus on building HR infrastructure and support mechanisms, including job descriptions, career pathing, compensation analysis Provide consultation to employee and managers of assigned organizations regarding compensation, benefits, employment performance management, EEO priorities, affirmative action planning Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 Foxconn Assembly, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
