They are looking for a Multi: Skilled Maintenance Engineer, that is electrically biased, to join their close: knit team. Role and Responsibilities: Carrying out PPM, reactive and predictive maintenance/breakdown analysis Dealing with high: speed production, processing and packaging machinery Working on such machinery / systems as: conveyors, silos, blowers, steam and boiler systems, industrial control systems, dryers, robotics, chillers, air systems, automation and control systems PLCs : electrical fault finding Electrical and mechanical fault finding, analysis and repair Stores and spare parts management, use of Maximo asset care management systems Dealing with motors, gearboxes, pneumatics, sensors, drives, inverters, circuits, hydraulics Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Must be a multi: skilled engineer, with a an electrical biased Have completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship : formal qualifications Ideally HNC qualified Able to react to breakdowns effectively, safely and efficiently Both electrical and mechanical fault: finding capabilities Ideally have worked in FMCG, fast: paced manufacturing Dealt with hydraulics and pneumatics, PLC : electrical fault finding skills 17th or 18th Edition beneficial Need to be self: motivated, team players, strong communicator, enthusiastic and driven character Able to work on own initiative, sometimes unsupervised Good IT Skills, use of.
