Senior Supervising Social Worker : Hybrid : Up to GBP43,000 Non Stop Care are working with an Outstanding Ofsted Independent Fostering Agency in the West Midlands for a knowledgeable social worker to join their fostering team. The ideal candidate will share their commitment to delivering high quality services for children, young people and foster parents. A successful applicant will have access to comprehensive training and CPD, allowing you to progress and build upon your current skillset and further your social work career. Responsibilities of this role include; Provide regular supervision to foster carers, undertake annual reviews and work collaboratively with other professionals Identify and backss the needs of young people and children. Apply knowledge of fostering regulations, childcare law and safeguarding issues. Work closely with the manager to maintain the supervision of workers in the team.
