Position: Manager II - Enterprise Project Manager *(Military Skilllbridge Opportunity!) Location: HYBRID Salary/Benefits: $80-116k base salary (depending on experience) + 15% Annual Performance. If brought on full time after your Military Skillbridge, on day one of employment, you will be eligible to enroll in Blattner's benefits plan. Location: Hybrid - can work remotely 2 days of out of week and onsite 3x per week at the Avon onsite Headquarters location. Qualifications --- Military Skillbridge Eligible --- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or similar; or equivalent combination of education and experience --- 4+ years working in Project Management or Operations --- 5-8+ years of leadership experience --- Ability to influence and collaborate. --- Bonus if you have a background in construction; and/or practical experience managing, facilitating, and/or coordinating small to medium sized projects and initiatives, enhancements to the enterprise processes and designs, and other strategic initiatives. --- Blattner is a strong advocate of hiring military veterans. Former military meeting the criteria and having equivalent experience are strongly encouraged to apply! Position Summary: In this position you will effectively support multiple, concurrent enterprise - wide programs from planning through implementation by prioritizing, managing, and ensuring organizational standards are met. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for independently leading projects within a larger portfolio that focus on increasing efficiency of the organization's business mode.
