We're in search of a REMOTE Sales Development Representative to strengthen our team. As an SDR, you'll be pivotal in executing our company's growth strategy, focusing on outbound lead management and prospecting to protect our clientele and drive revenue growth. Your role involves initiating conversations proactively and identifying and qualifying customers through sales calls, leveraging customer leads provided by our clients.This position offers a clear career trajectory, preparing you for future roles within our sales and leadership teams. With performance-based compensation, you can increase your potential earnings through uncapped bonuses and commissions, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $73,450+ and potential for advancement within the company. Key Responsibilities: Stay ahead of market trends, competition, and industry developments. Collaborate with management, and customer service teams Manage inbound leads efficiently using our CRM Initiate conversations Qualify customers. Evaluate leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings Execute extensive outbound prospecting Attend networking events Cultivate relationships Generate leads. Meet or exceed targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) Stay abreast of market trends, competition, and industry developments. Requirements: Highly self-motivated and driven. Enthusiastic about sales career progression Ideally 1 years of sales experience, consistently exceeding targets. Comfortable in a remote, fast-paced, challenging environment.
