Benefits: • Medical• Dental• Vision• Paid Vacation/Sick Time• 401(k)• Various discounts on travel/entertainment/wellness/gym membership, etc.• Company Car Responsibilities:• Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication• Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers• Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved• Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads• Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies• Nurture business opportunities• Close business opportunities• Lead generate target businesses• Develop new sales relationships• Follow the team plan• Follow your daily and weekly routes• Attend all sales meetings Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills• Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car• Sales experience is required• Must be 21 years of age or older• Must have clean driving record• Must have working rights in the USA• Must live within daily driving distance of location• Ability to make a good first impression Compensation: $70,000 - $120,000 salary + commissions and benefits About Company: VERT Environmental @ Fullerton is a full-service environmental testing and consulting company servicing Southern California.
