I'm looking to sublease my room from January to July 30, 2015. I am a male and the two roommates who will be living there are also males. It's located about ten minutes from campus, 15 at the most with traffic. Walmart is right down the road on Harvey Mitchell Pkwy, less than 5 minutes away. Its $283.33 a month plus utilities which is normally $75-$100 a month. There is a security deposit of $200 that you will get back at the end of the lease. Preferably no pets. The two other guys living in the house enjoy alcohol and Northgate adventures so whoever is willing to live here must be okay with that. You will get your own bathroom and shower. Anyone interested can email me and I'll send whatever pictures you wish. I can even help with rent for January if needed.
