My client is a unique and specialist children's social care provider that is currently looking for a Registered Manager for a children's residential home supporting vulnerable children with Emotional Behaviour Disorders and challenging behaviours. The Successful Candidate will receive: Starting salary of £48,000 per annum Additional bonuses28 days annual leave + bank holidays Medical Insurance Loyalty scheme Paid for DBSVouchers and discounts Pension scheme Team building days and award ceremonies You will need: A level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent Excellent Mentoring and Leadership Abilitieinteractionperience of managing children's residential serviceinteractioncellent knowledge of Ofsted, Quality Care Standards, Children Home Regulations Ensuring to help the children with their emotional, physical, and developmental needs.
