With a commitment to quality, creativity, and innovation, they strive to be the go-to destination for coffee, cake, and all things brunch. As they continue to expand, we need a talented Area Manager who can ensure the smooth functioning of the operations and uphold high standards. Responsibilities of the Operations Manager Provide leadership and guidance to store managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed. Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and quality across all stores. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and customer loyalty programs. Manage inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of ingredients and supplies. Conduct regular store visits to backss compliance with operational standards, identify training needs, and provide feedback to improve performance. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
