Principal Ecologist : London Due to expansion, we are looking for a Principal Ecologist to join a multi: disciplinary company in London. You will be helping the growth of the Ecology team and will have an input with the recruitment and development of the sector. The option to work from home is available with an option of 1 or 2 days in the office. To be considered for this role you will ideally have experience working as a Principal Ecologist or a Senior Ecologist ready for the next step with BNG experience. It is also desirable to be a Chartered Ecologist and have a Protected Species Licence(s). Experience of line managing is desirable but not necessary. You will be involved in; The input on the development of the business Biodiversity Net Gain The development of the Ecology team Overseeing protected species licence applications and mitigation Liaising with clients, stakeholders and different teams Managing EIA from feasibility to delivery The company have an excellent benefits package including a generous holiday allowance, BUPA private health care and a health cash plan.
