Permanent – 37.5 Hours per week – Thursday – Monday We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our team within our East Midlands region based at our Castleward development in Derby. We are currently looking for a positive, self-motivated, compassionate, and committed people person to join our team as Sales Executive leading the sale of our beautiful new homes, at our exciting new Castleward development, comprising of 54 quality new homes. All our homes have been designed through our customer’s eyes to offer a modern, fresh, and flexible approach to later living allowing customers to shape their new home to meet their needs both now and in later life. We focus on delighting our customers with a home which matches their lifestyle, and we are looking for the right person to work alongside our Customer Experience Manager to sell our customers their forever home. The successful applicant will have experience in a customer facing sales role selling new build homes. They will demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales and excellent customer service and show an ability to work with our customers sensitively and patiently to develop trusting relationships which support the whole customer journey in purchasing their new home. Achieving excellent results via customer satisfaction and the whole 'Customer Journey' in compliance with the ‘New Homes Code’ our Sales Policies and Procedures is essential and delivering excellent customer satisfaction will be rewarded. Own transport and full driving licence are essential.
