Business Analyst Title: Business Analyst Investment Banking Location: Toronto, Canada Job Description Capgemini is seeking business analyst (BA) with a good understanding of the counterparty credit exposure measurement for various products, for mapping source data to internal monitoring reporting, e. g. Counterparty Concentration Report; external regulatory reporting (i. e. Country and Sector Credit Concentration report) and to support production related items. Responsibilities Build mapping logic for counterparty credit exposure reporting Create requirement document and liaise with IT developers to communicate those requirements; and plan/coordinate all user testing Coordinate implementation/migration as needed and communicate (written and verbally) to project leadership team and or senior management on project status throughout the project lifecycle Create reporting mapping logic or requirement document. Communicating requirement to development and QA, performing testing, coordinating UAT testing and assisting production implementation Contributing to the process re-engineering and process improvement where applicable. Supporting user’s training and documentation as needed. Required Skills Undergraduate degree or higher, preferable in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or Finance Understanding of various product attributes from upstream, e. g. Lending product, Facility, Security, Security Finance Transaction (SFT), and Derivative, etc Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts, e. g. LEF, Risk Shifting for Credit Default Swap (CDS), SFT, Derivative, Guarantees, and LC Fronting, etc. Experience in systems implementation, process improvements or systems re-engineering projects with a banking organization or consulting company Knowledge of SDLC lifecycle, Agile, others Experience in SQL through HIVE, MS SQL server, Teradata, HUE, Dremio, etc. Advance MS Word, MS Project, MS Power Point and MS Excel, Visio, MS Access About Capgemini.
