0.5 FTE Lecturer in Access to HE Business 18 hours per week, 52 weeks per year£30,734 - £36,710 per annum pro rata We are looking for an experienced individual to support adult learners through their Access to HE course, which is delivered at our Norfolk House campus in Norwich City Centre across Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Experience of working within the field of Business along with a relevant subject qualification is essential along with experience of education and/or training with classroom teaching experience preferred. An understanding of Access course delivery is desirable as is knowledge of the CAVA Awarding Body. The successful candidate would be responsible for the preparation, delivery, and backssment of lectures as well as course leadership. Planned modules include: · People in Organisations· Managing People· Business Plans Start Up & Growth· Business Environment· Understanding Business Organisations· Emerging Technologies· Ethics in Business· Entrepreneurial Marketing· Accounting· Accounting for Business Managers· Financial Awareness· HE Study Skills The successful candidate would work closely with the wider Access to HE team as well as colleagues with the HE department and should be able to work to deadlines and support adult learners.
