Our client is looking for a Chartered Town Planner to join the existing team of planning experts that work with property professionals and individuals across the UK. Join this team and provide comprehensive planning services to a range of clients on projects that fall into multiple sectors such as housing, employment, commercial, healthcare, creative industries, and strategic land. In this role, you will assist in providing the following services to your client base : appraisals, pre: application enquiries, applications, appeals, public consultation, expert witness, land promotion, permitted development, representations and objections as well neighbourhood plans.
