Employer: Carole Yang Personal Real Estate Corporation Work Location: Vancouver, BC V6P 1P9Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Wage: $28/hour Hours: 30 hours per week Terms of employment: Regular Full-time Job Duties• Develop social and economic profiles of Greater Vancouver areas to encourage investments in residential real estate. • Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for potential listings. • Answer written and oral inquiries. • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material. • Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions. • Develop and organize community events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes. • Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs. • Gather, research and prepare communications material. • Initiate and maintain contact with the media. • Manage website design, and SEO development and ensure all content is up-to-date and relevant• Conduct analytical marketing studies. • Conduct social or economic surveys on local, regional, or international areas to backss the development of potential and future trends. • Design market research questionnaires. • Develop a portfolio of marketing materials. • Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions. • Maintain a database of potential franchisees, real estate locations and online buy/sell Internet sites. • Develop marketing strategies. • Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops or symposia. • Co-ordinate and monitor conference and meeting activities and attend to related details. • Support licensed real estate agents searching property listings according to clients’ needs. • Other Competencies and Skills• Prepare comparable market analysis using bcres. data. • Create marketing and social media content and coordinate media channels for marketing activities. • In charge of the client relationship management system. • Computer skills, such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and.
