You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers This service is a private hospital with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare for self pay/insured and NHS patients. The private hospital treatments include full diagnostic and endoscopy procedures, weight loss surgery, orthopaedic surgery including spinal treatment, physiotherapy and cosmetic surgery To be considered for this position you must be registered with NMC or HCPC As the Head of Clinical Services your key responsibilities include: You will be expected to deliver engaging communication amongst our staff, patients and hospital group Demonstrate a strong track record of leading and developing high performing teams, where you will motivate, lead and guide our teams, ensuring they perform to the best of their ability You will be integral to the development of strategic vision and plan for the hospital and will be accountable for delivery of quality and safety as well as customer and commercial results The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: Experience in clinical governance, development and administration of budgets, management reports and supply contracts Comprehensive understanding of relevant legal and professional care/practice standards and evidence ongoing professional development A passion for nursing, mentorship and personal growth Strong clinical experience and ability to manage a team, ensuring that West.
