As a Solicitor within the Construction department, you will be responsible for conducting and overseeing construction and property-related matters on a day-to-day basis. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Develop a contentious construction practice within the firm. Manage day-to-day related work, including arbitration, adjudication, and litigation. Meet agreed billing targets. Assist colleagues within the department with contentious and non-contentious case files. Exhibit flexibility, especially during holiday/sickness periods. Maintain a high level of client care, promptly and efficiently addressing all client matters. Supervise support staff working under your immediate purview. Continuously develop knowledge and expertise through appropriate training. Engage in business development and marketing related to Construction. This role meets the requirements in respect of exempted questions under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
