Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of a local authority in the London area who are seeking a Senior Housing Lawyer to join their team on a contract basis. Please find below further details with regards to this position and the person specification. ROLE: Senior Housing Lawyer LOCATION: London RATE: £40.00 to £50.00 per hour CONTRACT: 3 months ongoing Please note that this role would be hybrid working 2 days per week in the office. The Role of the Senior Housing Lawyer To manage a full caseload of housing law and housing management advisory work through to completion Matters will include homelessness, possession proceedings, rent arrears and injunctions To supervise more junior members of staff when required to do so The Person A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a minimum of 2 years’ PQEExperienced in handling a full caseload of Housing Law matters through to completion Previous public sector working experience would be desirable Benefits Flexible working hybrid with the option to be office based Weekly payroll options If you are interested in this Senior Housing Lawyer position please feel free to reach out to Lloyd Stanley on 01772 xyzxyz or also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £250.
