Role : Senior Interior Designer Salary : GBP 48,000 : GBP 60,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Type : Permanent Location : Fulham, London My client is a well: known London based Interior design practice and works within luxury residential and commercial projects; looking to take on an enthusiastic Senior Interior Designer on a permanent basis in London. The Senior Interior Designer will ideally have the following attributes: : Degree qualified in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design : 6+ years' experience working on residential or commercial projects : Excellent knowledge and proficiency with Auto CAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite : Broad knowledge and understanding of design styles and trends : Experience at a Senior Designer level with good knowledge of running high: end projects : Be self: motivated with excellent attention to detail : Excellent time management skills : Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written The Senior Interior Designer role will involve: : Taking lead and managing the team across all stages of the project and report back throughout : Creating mood boards, drawings, fabric schemes and presentations : Developing initial proposals to include existing and proposed layouts : Being involved in building strong relationships with their clients throughout the creative process. : Visiting site to ensure projects are in keeping with design and development : Liaising and conducting site meetings with colleagues and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on: time and within budget and to the highest standard through the project through to completion If you are interested in the position and think you have the skills required as an Senior Interior Designer please don't hesitate , send us your CV and Portfolio to.
